We offer 1:1, Groups, Dietetics, Psychology, Graded Motor Imagery, Group Movement Classes (Strength and Re-Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates & Teen Squad), we also have Workshops, Crafternoons & Webinars to take part in. All services are offered via telehealth and in person.
What if I've done a program like this in the past?
That’s okay, we pride ourselves on our unique approach by practitioners who know these conditions inside out - some literally. With this in mind - we adapt our AHC Program to your presentations and your unique needs.
What are the costs?
Costs will vary based on your available rebates - our friendly reception team with happily help you with this.
How many appointments will I need?
On average we see people over 6-18 months and anywhere from 8-15 sessions - this will be guided by the individual. When we commence our treatment plan, generally we aim to book in a series of appointments - to give us the continuity of care to support you through the program. These are usually a series of 8 appointments (4 x weekly appointments, and 4 x Fortnightly appointments) however this will be dependent on the individual.
First step: Get in touch - our lovely reception team, with your help, will assess your situation and find the right fit and pair you with the practitioner that would suit you most.
How long are the sessions?
Your first session with your practitioner will be 80 minutes - this allows us to do a thorough assessment of your presentations and set up a roadmap for your AHC Program. All subsequent appointments are 50 minutes. However, if this is outside of your capacity, we are very adaptive and do offer much shorter appointments.
Can I choose what I do?
Of course, we offer a number of services and will certainly be guided by you.
What about the movement classes?
Our strength and re-conditioning (which we call our Everyday Performance Program or EPP), Yoga, Pilates & Teen Squad can be done as a weekly membership or on an individual basis. These all commence with an assessment first - to further understand your capacity and set you up safely within our movement classes.Get in touch
