Let's kick back and exercise
Our Teen Squad is aimed at teenagers with complex invisible illnesses. We know these illnesses can be exceptionally isolating and it's hard to find people who actually understand. Our classes are run by our EP that knows the conditions perfectly and is aimed at helping teenagers connect. Important to note - it's more about socialising that it is about movement - we just wanted an "excuse" to come together.

You can BYO exercises, or be supplied with a program
Classes are run by our EP Emily - who also has her own health stories
We focus on slowly building and progressing capacity
