Understanding our Yoga

Our classes are designed to help you understand your baseline and to slowly build your capacity.

The Sequence of our classes includes:

  • Checking in with baseline energy levels, body & breath

  • Pacing of poses & pausing to check in with body, breath & energy

  • An opportunity to practice strategies learnt

  • Relaxation & introduction to meditation

We have small class sizes, so we can adjust the pace and poses especially for you!
