Our group program runs 3 times a year and uses the following schedule:

The AHC Group Program

At Active Health Clinic, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with chronic invisible illnesses.

Our group program is designed to provide you with comprehensive care, social support, and practical strategies to manage your condition effectively.

Initial Assessment
Before joining the group program, you'll need to complete an initial assessment with one of our practitioners. This assessment is offered at our concession rate and helps us understand your specific needs and tailor the program to best support you.

The Program

Duration: The group program consists of 12 online sessions delivered via telehealth, spread over 16 weeks.

Flexibility: Between group sessions, you have the option to schedule one-on-one check-in sessions with a practitioner to address any individual concerns.

Accessibility: If you can't attend a session live, don't worry – all sessions are recorded so you can watch them at your convenience.

Handouts: You'll receive handouts before each session, which serve as homework to reinforce the session's content. These materials are designed to support your learning and application of the strategies discussed.
