Ailisha is one of our dedicated Exercise Physiologists, working out of our Frankston clinic. Originally from South Africa, Ailisha’s active lifestyle and passion for health led her to pursue a career in the health industry. Her interest in invisible illnesses was sparked during her master’s studies when Nathan’s lecture helped her recognise her own experiences with hypermobility and Orthostatic Intolerance (OI). This personal journey deepened her empathy and commitment to supporting others with similar conditions.

Since then, Ailisha has worked with a diverse range of patients, including veterans, neurodiverse children, and those with Oppositional Defiant Disorder. She finds great fulfilment in helping patients connect the dots in their health journeys and takes pride in being a compassionate guide through complex conditions such as OI and POTS. In her downtime, Ailisha enjoys long walks, baking, and spending time with loved ones, as well as unwinding with Netflix, puzzles, or crosswords.
