Returns and refunds

By processing your payment through our online store, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of our returns policy; please read prior to purchasing and reach out if you have any questions.

Your consumer rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item has a major problem, you can choose a refund or a replacement. If the problem is minor, we will repair it, replace it or refund you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email us at shop@activehealthclinic.com.au with your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo helps us sort it out quickly.

We will let you know whether we need the item back. If we do, we cover the return postage.

If we have sent you the wrong item, we will get the right one to you and cover the postage both ways.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where the size or colour is not what you expected.

If something is not right with your order, please get in touch. We will help where we can.

Sizing and fit

We are a stockist rather than the manufacturer, so we do not measure customers or provide sizing advice.

Every product page links to the manufacturer's size guide. We keep a limited selection of styles at our Blackburn clinic that you are welcome to try on. Call us on (03) 9878 5394 to check what is available before you come in. For styles or sizes we do not hold, the manufacturer or a larger retailer will have a wider range.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been assessed. How long the funds take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Purchases made at the clinic

Purchases made at our clinic are covered by this policy. Bring your receipt, or email us with the date and details of your purchase.
