We are a multidisciplinary, specialised clinic focused on supporting people living with complex, misunderstood health conditions.

Core to our system is belief in long-term self-management. Our goal is to provide our clients with the education, tools and strategies to get the very best out of their life, this is what underpins everything we do.

In 2020 we set out to impact 1 million lives by 2022. We are proud to have achieved our goal and are now working towards impacting 26 million lives by 2026. Why?

The Missing Diagnosis Questionnaire is a free, 5-minute symptom mapping tool designed by AHC's clinical team. It maps your symptoms against conditions that are frequently difficult to identify through standard testing - including ME/CFS, POTS, hypermobility disorders, fibromyalgia, and more.

Free to complete and takes around 5-10 minutes (depending on brain fog)

A clinical team that builds the plan around you

AHC Foundations is a structured 1:1 support service built around the diverse needs of people managing an invisible illness.

1:1 sessions with Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians and Occupational Therapists.

A personalised plan built around your capacity - adjusted as you go, not fixed from week one.

Sessions are available via telehealth nationally and internationally, or in person in Victoria. No formal diagnosis or referral is required to start sessions.

Eligible for Medicare care plan (CCMP or EDMP), NDIS, Private health insurance, WorkCover and TAC.
