By using the AYMD questionnaire, you consent to the use of your anonymized data for future research to improve healthcare and develop new tools and resources. You also consent to receive emails from us regarding updates, resources and new features.
Use of Information

PII: We use PII to send you emails and updates about the AYMD questionnaire.

You can opt in for your symptom profile to be de-identified and utilised for research purposes.
If you do not give consent, your data will not be used.
