We are looking for a new receptionist to join our admin team!

About the role

You’ll work closely with our team of over 20 including allied health professionals and admin. The position is based in our Blackburn clinic, the main point of contact for our various locations. We are looking for a full time team member but if you think you are the right fit and looking for part time work, please apply as we would love to hear from you. The start date is whenever we find the right fit for our team.

What we offer

As a receptionist working at our Blackburn clinic, you’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for clients, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team that prides itself on balance—combining professionalism with fun. We create a family-oriented workplace where you’ll feel supported, valued, and enjoy coming to work every day.

We provide extensive training and mentoring to ensure you feel confident and supported as you settle into your role and become an integral part of our team.
