Can I use these sessions for both Exercise Physiology and Dietetics?

Absolutely! Session packs can be used either for one service, or across multiple services. If you are using your pack across multiple services it is important to check that the appointments you have booked are the same duration as the pack you have paid for (e.g. 50 minutes or 25 minutes).

How do I claim Medicare/Private health rebates?

If you have paid for a session pack up front, you can claim as soon as you have completed the appointment. Please note you cannot claim before completing the appointment.


If you are using the payment plan to pay for your packs, you will be able to claim once you have completed the appointment and made enough payments to cover the appointment fee. 

  • e.g. If you are paying weekly for the 5 session pack, after 2 weeks you will have paid $220. This covers the cost of 1 session meaning you will be able to claim for that appointment provided you have completed it.

In most cases, if you are accessing the session packs via the payment plan, you will have already made a couple of payments prior to your appointments meaning you should be able to claim immediately after you have completed the appointment.

What if I change from 50 to 25 minute appointment?

If you change your appointment, you have the choice of either paying separately for a 25 minute session, or using your session pack towards your appointment. 

Please note, if you use a session from your pack towards the appointment, the difference in price will not be refunded. 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment within 48-hours, your session credit will be lost. 

We understand that sometimes unexpected events can arise. 

 

If you need to cancel within 48-hours due to urgent and unforeseen circumstances please contact our admin team to see how we can support you. 

How long do I have to use my sessions?

Our 5 session packs are valid for 6 months. Most people will use their sessions within 12 weeks, however, if you find yourself needing to push your appointments back then our 6 month grace period should have you covered. 

Our 3 session packs are valid for 12 months as they are intended for those who have completed our program and want to purchase some check in sessions to spread out over an extended period of time.

What if I can't afford these options?

If you are struggling financially, please be sure to reach out to our admin team. We have options to support those who are in need of our support and cannot afford the appointment fees.
