Full length, hi-rise compression tights from 2XU's Light Speed range, with firm graduated compression rated 23-25 mmHg.

The Kinesis version adds Muscle Containment Stamping (MCS), a pattern stamped onto the fabric around the knee. 2XU mapped it along the outer thigh (ITB), the inner knee (MCL) and the kneecap, and designed it to work in a similar way to kinesiology taping while still letting you move freely.

Some people who already wear graduated compression choose a firmer rating like this one. Whether it suits you, and what pressure is right for you, is worth a conversation with your practitioner before you buy.
